Pros and cons of My iExpenses Pro app for iPhone and iPad
My iExpenses Pro app good for
Quick but still very comprehensive way of managing your travel expenses - something which to me has always been a nightmare - no more!
Absolutely wonderful. Tracks everything with the ability to take pictures of the receipts and associate them with expenses. The PDF export is wonderful and very easy to use. Export to CSV is also very very handy. It seems to be built for a VAT system so it can keep track of VAT separately, but for my purposes, I didnt need it. I only wish that I could change a few things to Japanese names for my work because they dont read English so well. But it does work very well. Feature request: support iCloud syncing so I can use it across multiple devices. If it could do that, it would get 10 stars in my book. As it is, it is a solid 5 stars.
I really believe I cant travel anymore without this app: Expenses notes was a problem for me because being always on the run doesnt allows you to always take notes of the reasons of the expenses. With this app I solved the problem.
The receipt report is very good in PDF, some improvements are needed for the .XLS version in terms of graphics and formatting.
Very good the possibility to update the currency!

Some bad moments
This app has potential but without a users guide or help button, it is very unforgiving. Once you input data, there doesnt seem to be any way to delete it if you made a mistake. Unless the developer steps up with some assistance I would NOT recommend this app.
Until now, I have wasted so much time and money trying to find the right app, at the right price, that does the right things for organizing my receipts and expenses in a streamlined manner. This is the one!!! Well done; Hats off to the developer; and Yes, it DOES delete if you make a mistake in your entries; And the "in process" holding tray for when you are in a hurry is ingenious! I have found the app that is simple yet can deliver csv or pdf reports AND captures receipt images; And, it is at an awsome price! ---Thank you!!!! Mark
It has high potential but absolutely not ready for release. Should call it beta. Many bugs, inconsistency especially on iPad.
Also, sync between iPhone and iPad, and/or with Dropbox etc.
I would say need work to work out the kinks and issues and I will rate again.
One extra star for supporting iPad though.
I have tested so many exp apps and this one does the best job for international, personal cash & credit as well as company paid and more for reimbursements. I have tried or bought more than 20 and this one is Very impressive and has lots of potential to be even better.
Havent had a chance to work with the app much yet but I am beyond impressed by the support thus far. Following download on my new iPhone 5 the app would crash. Within 24hrs the developer responded to my email request for correction and the app is now online. Great job team!
Im a trucker and I keep track if my expense and I can send my report striate to my Dispach. Worth it and Im glad I bought it.
